3. An outline of your idea.  At this stage, we don't want more than 2-300 hundred words on your idea that should include:  what you want to do, what is new about it, why you think it will succeed,  what are the benefits if it does succeed and finally who will pay for the end product and why.

4. A brief description of why the idea will be defensible.  What will stop someone else coming in and copying the idea?

5. Are there any issues such as non-competes, intellectual property constraints etc

6. A brief desciption of the company you will set up.  Who will be in it, what roles  they will take and why they are suitable for these roles.

7. An indication of the progress you have made to date on the idea, what you need to take it forward and what you will do next.

8. An idea of the funding that you are looking for, how it will be spent, and what other support you might require.
